Experienced and professional interpreter services
Interpreting is both art and science. Our interpreter services are provided to you through our rigorous vetting process, bringing you only the most qualified, professional interpreters.
Not just any bilingual person can become an interpreter. The Bridge interpreters are professionals, tutored in the methodology, ethics and best practices of the industry they work in, such as health care.
To request an interpreter please call 320-259-9239 or complete the Interpreter Request Form and fax it to 320-654-1698 or 952-400-3272.
We offer in-person interpreter services, along with telephone interpreting and video remote interpreting (VRI) in more than 70 languages.
Our highly qualified interpreters are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for your needs, whether on-site or via telecommunications.
We provide interpreter services to a large number of industries and organizations, including but not limited to:
Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 states:
“No person in the United States shall, on the ground of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance.”
This means any program receiving federal dollars, such as county health and human services programs, certain prepaid medical assistance (PMAP) insurance plans and others are required to provide some form of interpretation services to you if necessary. In this way, interpreter services are building a stronger community, allowing federally appointed agencies to do their jobs better and getting underserved communities proper access to the services they need.
The Bridge is contracted directly with most of the PMAP insurance carriers in the state of Minnesota and can bill them directly for interpreter services. Please contact us to learn which PMAP insurances we are contracted with in your area.
